Plumb Line Wellness
Return to Center
✧
Support for recovery, relationships, and life’s transitions.
When life unravels- through addiction, heartbreak, or quiet disconnection- there is always a way back to center.

🌿Welcome
Life pulls us off balance. Sometimes it’s dramatic- addiction, betrayal, grief. Other times, it’s subtle- the slow drift into numbness, burnout, or feeling like the spark is gone.
At Plumb Line Wellness, I walk beside people through these thresholds. Whether your path is rooted in recovery or simply in rediscovering direction, the work is the same: slowing down, listening inward, and returning to what is most true.

What You Can Expect

🌀 Somatic practices that meet you at the pace of your nervous system.

Two Pathways
Both paths share the same heart: a return to alignment, clarity, and the spark that refuses to die in you.
Your journey may begin in one of two places:
🌿Recovery Support
For individuals exploring sobriety, families navigating a loved one’s struggle, or people rebuilding after relapse or treatment.
✨ Life Transitions & Creative Support
For those moving through breakups, betrayal, career shifts, geographical moves, health changes, or creative blocks.
Somatic practitioner, mentor, and creative guide

Hi, I’m Chloe.
And what I know for sure: there are no quick fixes. Real healing asks us to turn toward the places we’d rather numb or outrun.
My own story began in addiction and chaos- and the people who risked intervening changed my life. Since then, I’ve spent decades walking beside people in recovery, heartbreak, and transition.
This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t traditional coaching. It’s a relational, embodied path of returning to center.
